Ordering InformationPLACING YOUR ORDER: Each hat, individually made, is one of a kind and there are limitations to how much a hat can be altered or adjusted to fit; therefore, proper measurement of your hat size prior to placing an order is essential. If your hat size is borderline with the size of the hat you are interested in, contact ForeverSweeney prior to ordering. We can determine if the hat will likely fit, or if it might be more appropriate to fashion a different hat for you. Because we wish to assure customers the hats they purchase have not been used previously by others, ForeverSweeney is unable to process returns for reasons other than defects or damage resulting from shipping. If you are considering purchasing the hat as a gift and are uncertain of the individual's hat size and preferences, a gift certificate may be a better option. EXPRESS DELIVERY: If express delivery was selected and merchandise is ready, you should receive your order within 3-5 business days. On all online orders an email confirmation with tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been shipped. Express freight charge will be based on carrier's published rate. (UPS, FedEx, USPS Express) HAT/HEAD SIZE: Most ready-to-wear hats are 22 ˝ inches, the average head size. We are able to make hats in any size, from extra small to extra large. All hats are a size 22 ˝ unless otherwise indicated after the description. If you see a style you would like custom made, please call or send us an email. We will be happy to accommodate your request! MEASURING YOUR HEAD: Place a measuring tape above your ears and eyebrows and around the fullest part of the back of your head. Hold the tape comfortably and not too tight; have it fit as you would want your hat to fit. If you do not have a measuring tape, use a piece of string and then measure that against a ruler.
